School Store Opens This Thursday

This Thursday will be the opening of the third grade school store.  The third graders borrowed $125 from PTO and will work to pay them back as soon as possible.  Any profits earned will be used for field trips.  If any other money is left over after our field trips we will then decide how to use that money as a group.  Our store will take place every Thursday right after school.  It will close around 3:30 each Thursday.  Each third grader will be asked to help out at the sale.  Usually we will have only 2 or 3 students working during each sale.  There are about 60 third graders at Cooper Elementary School, so I appreciate your patience.  Your child will get a turn in working at one of our sales.  I will contact you early in the week to make sure it is okay with you in having your child participate in a sale before I place them on the work schedule.  Our class started making posters to advertise for our school store today.  Tomorrow we will finish them and post them around our school.
